Meet Nicole
I'm a proud Arizona native who grew up in the mountains of Flagstaff before making my way to Tucson. In 2022, I moved to Iowa to support my husband’s career and work remotely full-time. While many people know the clinical side of behavioral health, I've spent the last 12 years mastering the business side—and let me tell you, there's a lot they don't teach you in grad school about running a practice!
My journey started as an administrative assistant in a behavioral health clinic, and from there, I progressed through various roles, including billing specialist, office manager, and COO. I earned my PhD in Business Administration with an emphasis in Entrepreneurial Ventures because I'm passionate about helping healthcare providers build sustainable businesses.
Here's what I've discovered: You became a therapist to help people heal, not to decode insurance contracts at midnight or chase down credentialing applications for months on end. That's where I come in. I live for the puzzle of untangling red tape, streamlining processes, and turning that overwhelming "business stuff" into a clear, manageable roadmap.
Whether you're staring at a blank NPI application, wondering where to start, drowning in credentialing paperwork, or ready to grow beyond your current capacity, I've been in the trenches and know exactly how to get you unstuck. My specialty is taking the business complexities off your plate so you can focus on what you do best—changing lives in your community.
When I'm not helping practices launch and thrive, you'll find me taking road trips across the country with my husband, visiting the incredible State and National Parks, or playing video games and hanging out with my two dogs. I believe every therapist deserves a practice that supports both their mission and their lifestyle, and I'm here to make that happen.
